Hi, everyone. Steve here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at our B&B RV Multi-Purpose Hatch with key and the lock. And it's a solid black color with the included switch hole. So folks, this is an exterior switch station. We simply unlock the key.
And then you will be able to reach your switch. It is a solid housing. It's gonna add security for compartments that you wanna keep off limits, and it's gonna mount to your RV's outer a wall to house a rocker switch that would go down there in that slot. (door thuds) As you can see, you get the included hardware and butyl tape for installation. And again, there's that hole for the switch.
The cutout is gonna be 6 and 5/16 inches wide by 6 and 3/4 tall. And the overall outside is 8 by 8.5. And you're gonna get one key and that's gonna lock it and unlock it. Well folks, that's gonna wrap it up for our quick look together. I'm Steven, thanks for watching.

Looks like a fine access door. I have yet to install it but the unit seems complete. Just what I needed.
The door itself was good quality. The lock used was of poor quality, using only a cheap clip to hold it in place. The lock would not hold the top of the door closed, which would let the tv tires throw water right into the compartment the door was attached to. Purchased another lock that used a nut to hold the lock securely in place and the door is now closed properly.
